Coronavirus (COVID-19) update

06th August 2020. Our friends and colleagues in Victoria, most particularly in the Melbourne metropolitan area and the Mitchell Shire, are undergoing unprecedented constraints on their personal and professional lives. These measures are crucial in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic and Volkswagen is complying fully.

Under Stage Four Restrictions retail outlets in Melbourne and the Mitchell Shire are closed. As of today our company’s advice is that only essential and critical vehicle repair, services and maintenance are permitted on-site as long as they are undertaken according to a COVID Safe plan under Stage 4 Restriction guidelines.

While dealerships in Stage Four affected areas are not open to the general public for the sale of new vehicles or parts, from the safety and comfort of your home you can specify and order any of new vehicles from the Polo to the Crafter: https://www.volkswagen.com.au/en/offers-products/online-ordering.html

Further, you can search available stock: https://www.volkswagen.com.au/app/locals/stock-search

We will keep you updated.

We would like to thank you and wish you all the best.

Volkswagen is there for you.
