Coronavirus (COVID-19) update

17th April 2020. We all find ourselves living in an unprecedented situation; one that calls for solidarity. We at Volkswagen believe strongly in this, even though the prevailing advice is to maintain our physical distance to one another. The measures implemented to protect health can be seen and felt at all levels. Our brand and its dealer network are no exception – we want to protect our employees and, of course, you, our customers.

Volkswagen can confirm that COVID-19 has had no immediate impact on the supply of vehicle or parts. And we have announced today that from the 20th of April and over the following month, our factories around the world resume production of vehicles.

It is Volkswagen’s responsibility to its customers to keep them mobile and safe. That’s why dealer centres continue to perform scheduled services and remain ready to respond to your needs.

Our business continues to operate as are dealers nationwide in the strictest compliance with Government directives. Strict social distancing and enhanced hygiene and cleaning protocols are enforced.

We would like to thank you and, now more than ever before, wish you all the best.

Volkswagen is there for you.

Stay healthy!

Your Volkswagen Team.
